1) Payment Policy

We request payment in advance. No refunds are given for days when the student is not in attendance.

In exceptional circumstances an agreement may be reached to pay in settlements; however, you will still be committing to pay for the full amount.

 

Late Payment: Should fees not be settled within two weeks of the starting date, the student will not be able to attend.

Workshops/ Pop-up: Places are only secured once full payment has been made. No refunds apply to all workshops unless it’s cancelled by The Mixies Academy due to a fault on the company’s behalf.

 

Cancellation of Classes: If classes are cancelled due to the fault of the company, a substitute teacher will cover the class, or additional classes will be offered to compensate for the missed classes. This will be done at the discretion of The Mixies Academy. We will not be financially liable for classes or dates cancelled due to events beyond our reasonable control. We retain the right to change the advertised program of classes in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather.

The Mixies Academy reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to inform students and carers of any changes as soon as possible.

The Mixies Academy belongs to ANISHA THAI LIMITED company.

 

2) Ability to participate the courses 

 I understand that I/ the participant(s) have enough ability to participate in the course. I/ the participant(s) should consult a doctor before letting myself/ the participant(s) to take part in the course. I/ the participant(s) understand that The Mixies Academy shall not be liable for any injury the participant(s) suers in the course.

 

3) Lost Property Policy

I/ the participant(s) agree that The Mixies Academy will not be responsible for any personal property lost or stolen while on its premises or any other premise or locations of its activities.

 

4) Media Use Rights Permission

We ask parents/guardians to grant permission for The Mixies Academy to take photographs and videos of the students. No personal information is ever used or linked to the photographs.

We ask for full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

 

5) Personal information

I understand that The Mixies Academy will use my personal data (including my name, telephone number, email and mailing addresses, etc.) for the purpose of communications, volunteer recruitment, direct marketing, promoting activities and services, communicating member benefits, fundraising and conducting surveys for the Academy, and that my personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. The personal data being collected via the present means will not be sold, traded or rented in any forms through any means to any other parties. If I object to utilizing my personal data for the above purposes in the future, I should notify The Mixies Academy by email at this email address: contact@themixiescollective.com and provide my name, phone number and Hong Kong Identity Card Number (if appropriate).

 

The Mixies Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for the benefit of the business, staff or participants.

 

By agreeing to this form, I consent that the above enrollee(s) will participate in the courses listed above. I/participant(s) agree to abide by all rules and regulations stated by The Mixies Collective Website and fully understand its contents.
